Is my Device compatible ?

Apple:

There are no known issues with Iphones. First load takes a minute or 2 after installation. 

Android:

AiBB is compatible with Android Version 7 and Higher. 

Some Android based phones might need a google service that can be found here:

My AiBB App updated. What do I do?

With the update from version 1.1.1 to Version 1.1.4, We now have user registration.

After the update, all you need to do is click register and Fill in all the information. 

You do not have to click recover. All Your wallet info is automatically backed up and restored during this update. 

After you register, Please backup and store your backup on a different device. 

How Do I Backup?

It is very important that you create a backup and store it off line or away from your phone. 

If you lose your backup and your phone, your funds are gone. So be careful.

Here is how you backup:

  • Open the App
  • On the menu section, you will find backup. 
  • When you click backup, it creates and stores this file in the internal phone memory storage. 
  • Using your phone’s file manager, look under the “INTERNAL STORAGE” folder. You will fine the text file of the wallet. 

This file is AES256 encrypted and can only be restored on the AiBB App with ONLY the pin you create the account with. 

Some users attached it to an email and sent it to them selves or leave it as a draft in their gmail account. There is a risk that you might accidentally delete this email so be careful. 

iOS Backup:

  • Click Backup
  • Connect your phone to your mac or pc and open iTunes
  • Locate the “FILE SHARING” option
  • Under Apps you will find AiBB Folder
  • Click on the “.txt” file and then click “Save” This will allow you to save your file on your desktop

Option 2:

  • Open “Files” application on your iOS device
  • Under locations, Click “ON MY iPHONE”
  • Navigate the “AiBB” folder and locate the txt file.
  • You can store this in your cloud folder or in your email by attaching it.

How Do I Restore?

First off, lets hope you followed RULE 1.

If you do not have a backup, and lost your phone, nothing you do can bring those assets back into your possession.

SO FOLLOW RULE 1!

Android:

  • Copy the txt file on to your device.
  • Install AiBB from the play store.
  • Click the “RECOVER OPTION”
  • Navigate to where you placed the backup txt file.
  • Input your PIN code.
  • If you have not registered in the past, you will be brought back to the “REGISTER / RECOVER” page. You will then need to click register to complete the restore process.
  • The app will reboot and DONE!

iOS Restore:

  • Install AiBB and wait for the welcome screen. Proceed to the next step
  • Connect your phone to your mac or pc and open iTunes
  • Locate the “FILE SHARING” option
  • Under Apps you will find AiBB Folder
  • Click on the AiBB Folder and click “Add File…”
  • Upload the file to this folder and go back to your AiBB APP
  • Click the “RECOVER OPTION”
  • Navigate to where you placed the backup txt file.
  • Input your PIN code.
  • If you have not registered in the past, you will be brought back to the “REGISTER / RECOVER” page. You will then need to click register to complete the restore process.
  • The app will reboot and DONE!
How To Update Your Profile

On the home screen, on the top right corner, click the icon of the person to view your profile. Then click edit to change any details. You will need to BACKUP your app after each change. Especially your PIN CHANGE. 

How To Verify SMS

To participate in bounties, giveaways and EARN, you need to be Verified by SMS first. 

Go to Edit Profile, And type in your Phone Number with Area Code. A button will then appear that says VERIFY. 

After you click VERIFY, you will receive an SMS with CODE. Input that code to complete your verification process. Click The BACK button on your profile page to complete this process. 

      

I did not get an SMS!

If you did not get an SMS here are some possible issues:

  • Your Phone is switched off or otherwise unavailable.
  • Your Phone does not have sufficient signal
  • The device cannot receive SMS (for example, the phone number belongs to a landline)
  • There might be an issue with your mobile carrier

Possible Solutions:

  • Is your device powered on?
  • Does your device have sufficient signal? If not power the device off, wait 30 seconds, and then power it back up.
  • Is your device connected to the home carrier’s network? We cannot guarantee message delivery on devices roaming off-network.
  • Can your device receive other SMS’s right now?
  • Can other devices using the same mobile carrier receive your messages?
  • Try another mobile device
